Returns & Refunds Policy

At Golden Charm Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund guidelines below.

1. Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare, haircare, beauty tools, or cosmetic products due to change of mind once they have been opened or used.

We may accept unopened, unused products for a change-of-mind return at our discretion if:

  • The item is sealed and in original condition

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You cover return shipping costs

Please contact us before returning any items.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Leaking or broken

  • Incorrect (not the item you ordered)

 

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide one of the following based on the situation:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit

 

To assist us, please email clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Allergic Reactions

As skincare can affect individuals differently, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions.

 

We recommend reviewing product ingredients carefully before purchase.

4. Returns Process

To request a return, please email:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)

 

We will assess the request and provide return instructions if eligible.

5. Refund Timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

 

Shipping costs are not refundable, except where items arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened skincare or haircare products

  • Face masks, sheet masks, scrubs, serums (if opened)

  • Items marked Sale

  • Gift cards
